Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through acecompress.com website.

30-Day Fit Guarantee

While our sizing is as accurate as possible, sometimes the fit just isn't right. That's why we have our 30-Day Fit Guarantee.

Try our socks on, wash them and if you're not 100% satisfied with the fit within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the new size free of charge — no need to return the original product.

Return Eligibility

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original components.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. socks) must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@acecompress.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged or incorrect items
  • Your full name and delivery address

We will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return slip.

Please do not return your order without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement.
  • All other returns (if approved): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer both refunds and exchanges, based on product availability.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 14 days and notify you by email.
  • Shipping Refund: If the return is due to our error, both the product and original shipping costs will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you may request a return instead, if eligible.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed socks
  • Hygiene-related items that have been opened
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Non-Delivery Claims

If your order never arrived, please contact us at info@acecompress.com. We will work with the shipping provider to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Address

We will provide the appropriate return address in your return authorization email. Do not return your package to the sender address.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
